He'd quickly nod and hurry for the window with her, starting to prep to help her up on the roof. "On the roof you'll be fine I'll lock the door after you're up and that should give us time. ok?"

"I won't. Just hurry and wait for me." He'd run to the door and lock it, moving as many obstacles in the way such as a book case. After blocking the door, Raz would grab the dog and her duffel. He'd run back to the window and start to hold up the dog so he could join her on the roof before someone decided to find them by possibly busting the door down.

Raziel would grab onto the roof and pull himself up, lifting a foot to pull himself all the way up. After reaching the top he would hand her the duffel and start creeping across the roof. "So shall we take the classic way outa this one and run for it after we get down or do you trust me and I show you what I can really do?"

He'd hold on to her tightly and he would start to sink into his shadow with her. It was the safest way out and the quickest without getting caught by whatever it was that was after them. It wasn't long befor the shadow would take them and spit them back out at home.
