Combat actions requiring contesting rolls

Contesting rolls are when the attacker is rolling to get successes while the defender is rolling to remove successes. A botch for the attacker is -1 success and a botch for the defender is +1 success

Actions that use this are:

Dodge
Parry
Block
Grapple vs. break grapple

There are events that use contesting rolls but those will be announced when they come up.
